About Aqaba (Tala Bay)

Tala Bay is a master-planned coastal resort on the Red Sea about 14 km south of central Aqaba. The development was built as a second-home and vacation enclave, mixing villas, beachfront apartments, and a cluster of family hotels (Mövenpick, Radisson Blu, InterContinental) around a private marina and palm-lined promenade. For the property market, Tala Bay is the best-known holiday-home address on Jordan's coast - apartments here are bought as seasonal residences or income-generating rentals during peak winter and summer seasons. The enclave is gated, with its own internal road network and on-site amenities.

Tala Bay is reached by the Aqaba Coastal Road south from central Aqaba (about 15-20 minutes). Visitors enter through a security gate; on-site shuttles run between the resorts and beach areas.
